Greg Moore – Company Director
Originally from Bridgetown, Greg has over 30 years experience in the development industry. He spent many years as an Architect before moving into property development and starting his own building company. With projects in Perth and regional WA ranging from subdivisions and apartments to commercial buildings and retirement villages. Greg has expertise in project management, building design, interior design and construction supervision.
Greg has a keen eye for design and is known for his creative solutions for difficult problems. As a part owner of the site, Greg has a detailed vision for the project that will soon be a reality.
Brad Moore – Company Director
Originally from Bridgetown, Brad has been involved in property development for over 22 years. During this time, he has overseen many projects, both residential and commercial. Ranging from small lot subdivision to englobo land development and retirement villages.
Being involved in the land aspect of this project for 11 years Brad knows the land and the area well. As part owner of the project Brad wants to ensure that this village is successful for both the residents and the Margaret River region moving forward. Brad brings a hands-on approach to the table and is often seen on site overseeing contractors.
Adan Nicholson – Village Project Director
After running a number of villages Adan knows that if you are happy with your home and the clubhouse then it sets a great bedrock of trust between village residents and village management going forward.
As a director of Tall Trees Aged Care and Retirement Group, Adan has experience in supplying resort style aged care through Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Adan has knowledge of all aspects within the industry from operations through to sales and marketing for 5 villages.
Adan understands that once the village is delivered, strong hands-on management will guide the village through the next and most enjoyable stage of its development.
Jason Moore – Village Project Manager
With a degree in Urban and Regional Planning and qualifications in Project Management, Jason started his career in local government as a Strategic Planner. This provided him with a range of experiences in subdivision, strategy/policy development and leant how to adapt to bureaucracy and local politics.
He then moved into property development with experience ranging from project planning and feasibility through to sales. Jason brings an analytical and outcomes based approach to the team.
