All Aboard! Our New Village Bus Has Arrived
There’s a bit of extra buzz around Margaret River Lifestyle Village this week — and it’s not just the birds chirping or the coffee brewing. We’re thrilled to share that we’ve officially taken delivery of our brand-new village bus!
It rolled through the gates looking shiny, fresh and full of possibilities — and let’s just say, we’re already dreaming up where it will take us next.
More Than Just a Bus
Sure, it’s got four wheels, comfy seats, and that unmistakable new-bus smell… but this addition means so much more to the village than just transport. It’s about freedom, connection, and community. Whether it’s a trip to the markets, a winery tour, a coastal lunch run or a scenic group outing, the new bus is here to make it all easier, safer, and more enjoyable for everyone.
For our residents, it’s another way to stay active, social and involved — without the hassle of organising carpooling or navigating busy roads.
Designed for Comfort and Convenience
Our new village bus has been thoughtfully chosen with our community in mind. It’s easy to get in and out of, has plenty of space for shopping bags and day-trip essentials, and most importantly — it’s driven by friendly faces. Our planned outings will continue to be relaxed, well-paced, and full of the laughter and good chats we’ve come to expect from a day out with the village crew.
We’ll be using the bus for a mix of regular services and special events, including:
- Trips into town for shopping, appointments and errands
- Outings to local wineries, cafes and galleries
- Group adventures to the beach, forest trails or nearby festivals
- And of course, the occasional spontaneous trip when the mood strikes!
The Journey Starts Now
To mark its arrival, we’ve already got a few short runs planned so residents can hop on, check it out, and get a feel for what it offers. We’re also open to suggestions — if there’s a destination you’ve always wanted to visit or a group day out you’d love to organise, let us know. The best part about having our own bus is the freedom to explore together.
