Construction of stage 1 is finished, we currently have 4 display homes on site. We have also completed a central park way leading to our clubhouse.
The building time for your home will take 16 weeks so please consider this in your planning if you wish to move into stage 1. We can assist with the preparation to sell your current home to take the stress out of it for you and help you get an honest (true) price for your home.

The Clubhouse is orientated north to maximise the winter sun and shelter from the stronger winds creating an environmentally friendly design.
