Pizza, Wine & Good Times: A Night to Remember at the Village

IMG_8538-2

Some nights are just made for sharing — and our recent village pizza night was exactly that. With the ovens fired up, a table full of toppings, and glasses of wine at the ready, we came together for an evening filled with laughter, flavour, and a whole lot of dough-slinging fun.

Jason and I were on pizza duty (aprons on, tongs in hand), and we were more than happy to serve up fresh, hot slices to our wonderful residents — each one made with a little flair and a lot of love.

Fresh From the Oven

From the classics (can’t go past a good Margherita) to some more adventurous combos (pineapple debates and all), we had something for everyone. It was one of those nights where the aroma alone had people wandering over early… and no one left hungry.

The best part? Watching residents catch up over slices and wine, swap stories, and create a few new memories in the process. There’s something about sharing food that brings people together in the most genuine way — and we reckon the pizzas had just the right amount of crisp to do the trick.

Cheers to Community

To top it off, we poured a selection of local wines to keep the good vibes flowing. There were a few quiet “mmm’s” after first sips, a few laughs when glasses got refilled a little too generously, and plenty of cheers all around.

It was a simple night, but it captured everything we love about village life — casual, connected, and full of those moments that feel just right.

More Nights Like This

Events like this are a regular part of life at Margaret River Lifestyle Village, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Whether it’s pizza, paella, or a potluck under the stars, there’s always something happening to bring people together — no RSVP stress, just show up and enjoy.

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the evening such a hit. And if you missed it this time — don’t worry. The next pizza night might be even bigger (and we’re already working on perfecting the crust).

Here’s to full bellies, full glasses, and a village full of good people.
